As a trained Registered Nurse for people with Learning Disabilities, Sara Canham has always had a passion for ensuring staff were trained to deliver a high quality service for those in need of care or support services.
This stemmed from supporting her Brother, who had a learning disability, and who she had helped to manage his personal assistants, as well as her Grandmother, who lived a number of years in a home for the elderly.
She has over 10 years experience managing services herself, as well as 21 years developing & teaching staff across East Anglia & London.

EST has recently changed from working with OCR to City & Guilds to offer RQF Diplomas in Health and social care levels 2,3,4 & 5 .
These can be delivered to individuals or in groups.
