Providing training and qualifications
As a trained Registered nurse for people with Learning disabilities, Sara Hobbs has always had a passion for ensuring staff were trained to deliver a high quality service for those in need of care or support services.
This stemmed from supporting her brother who had a learning disability and who she had helped to managed his personal assistants , & her Grandmother, who lived a number of years in homes for the elderly .
She has over 10 yrs experience managing services herself, as well as 18 yrs now developing & teaching staff across East Anglia & London.
Proven Success:
100's of learners have completed their Diplomas in health and social care with EST

EST has recently changed from working with OCR to City & Guilds to offer RQF Diplomas in Health and social care levels 2,3,4 & 5 .
These can be delivered to individuals or in groups.
