Summers are around the corner and many beach lovers have already got their hats and sunscreen ready. Although it is important to enjoy the weather and sun, it is more important to care about hydration. In the summer season, there are more chances for our bodies to get dehydrated and dry. Constantly sweating, late hours of work, and limited food all these things affect the intake of water in the body.
